Welcome to Smartphone World, available at https://smartphoneworld.net and through the Smart Phone World App (collectively referred to as “Smartphone World”). By accessing or using our website, app, and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Agreement”).

You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content you upload. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content that we deem to be in violation of our guidelines or applicable laws.

5. Purchases and In-App Transactions

We offer goods and services for purchase through Smartphone World, including in-app purchases. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Smartphone World, including but not limited to logos, visual designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by us and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes

From time to time, Smartphone World may offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes. These activities will be governed by additional terms and conditions provided at the time of participation. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us are non-confidential and become the property of Smartphone World. We may use, implement, and modify any feedback or suggestions without obligation to compensate you.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms of Service will immediately cease.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Smartphone World, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
